- First Project work was done at the K.C. DAS Pvt Ltd, Bangalore on the topic “Quality analysis of Yoghurt and Bio-yoghurt at different temperatures” during july,2007.
- Second Project work was done at the Acharya Institute of B-schools on the topic “Isolation ,Purification and study of phytochemical and medicinal properties of Urease from latex of Calotropis gigantean.(paper accepted in “INDIAN JOURNAL OF EXPERIMENTAL BIOLOGY” 221(2009) :16-18) during August,2007-March,2009 .
- Third Project work was done at the Micro Labs Ltd, Bangalore on the topic “HPLC Method Development and Validation for the Estimation of Esomeprazole Tablets by Assay” during December,2010-May,2011.
Work Profile :
Aim :
To develop simple, accurate, rapid, reproducible method for Esomeprazole Tablet using HPLC with PDA detector and validate the method using validation parameters as per ICH guidelines.
Methodology :
The method had been developed using Waters HPLC separation module 2695 with PDA detector(Empower software) having ammonium acetate buffer : acetonitrile buffer(50:50) as mobile phase. The column used was Waters C18,250*4.6mm,5µm and detection was done at 302nm wavelength. Pump was in isocratic mode and run time given is 10 minutes. The method was validated using validation parameters like Precision, Accuracy, Linearity, Robustness, LOD, LOQ, Specificity.

Result : The sample was eluted at 4.129 minutes with runtime 10 minutes. The method was found to be less time consuming. Using ammonium acetate buffer, the method can be useful for BIO-equivalence study.
