Professional Synopsis
SEI CMM L5 1.1 / 1.2, SQC/SPC, process capability, Quality Audit, System Improvement Methodology, Statistical Tools, vendor Development, Quality improvement tools.
To Prepare Final Metrics Analysis Report for all projects across organization and responsible of maintaining organizational PCI goals.
To Plan & Conduct Internal Quality Audit
To Conduct Management Review Meeting
To Conductï ï External Quality Audit

Desired Profile Primary skills sets
Work experience in product Software Company in managing Software Quality or SQA/SEPG/Audit function.
Exposure to software engineering life cycles and processes
Manage audits, review and metrication activities
Monitor customer feedback data (e.g. defect rates and requests for change)
Work with Project Managers / Test Engineers to drive data collection and trend analysis when actual results are not within plan tolerance; help to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Promote Process Improvement by providing Quality education and promoting use of best practices.
Managed multiple concurrent QA projects at the same time
Engineering Quality - Formal Technical Reviews, Test Plan, Test Cases & specification, Bug Lifecycle, Bug Tracking Tool handling, Bug classification & Priotisation
