Job Description
* Responsible for customer service turnaround within set time frames.
* Maintain a record of processed case reference numbers for logistics.
* Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles.
* Handle written customer correspondence on behalf of FP.
* Communicate with operations staff on client issues, policy change etc.
* Should be able to communicate effectively with clients (IFA's) based out of UK.
* Passing the case to the relevant Q based on information given/missing.
* Should be able to analyze customer requirements & process cases accordingly.
* Call up the IFA's to get information about the applicant.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Working knowledge of PCs e.g. MS Office. Basic keyboard skills.
* Generic understanding of customer service.
* Good spoken English and written communication skills (grammatically correct)
* Ability to verbalize thoughts Good grasping power Excellent listening skills.
* Team player Understanding of job profile applied for.
* Leadership skills (not a critical parameter but would be an add-on)
