    Customer handling, managing calls, Case creation â web, e-mail & phone, IT procurement asset management,
    Maintain relationship with vendors

    Shifts - General Shifts (9am - 6pm)

    Roles & Responsibilities -

    Customer Handling

    Manage calls and route them to correct engineers on site

    Case creation â web, e-mail and phone

    On time and accurate handling of Service Requests

    IT procurement and asset management

    Maintain relationship with vendors

    Soft Skills
    Quick learning and assimilating ability
    Good command over spoken & Written English & Hindi. Marathi knowledge
    advantageous
    Should ensure high level of quality in process deliverables
    Experience 1 - 5 Years
