    Job Description
    Work as a Software Engineer in our Customer Support team. You would be responsible for analyzing software incidents reported by clients, identifying solutions, developing required software fixes etc. to resolve their problems.

    Level 3/2 Support Responsibilities(Techno Functional)
    Primary will have to communicate and solve issues logged by customer.
    Correction in Code and delivery to customer in form of Patch release.
    Training to customer on education issues.
    Data analysis and root cause finding for issues.
    To write or change script for data correction and error trap.
    Good communiciation skills(mendatory)
