Description of the project
The most important, remote result oriented and reliable one of HRD mechanism is the performance appraisal or performance review and development. It is the systematic evaluation of an employee. - By the Performance appraisal the high performance staff are easily identified and rewarded. It gives employees motivation at the work environment.
- Apart from informing the strengths and weakness the employee should be directed how to overcome for their career prospects. This is possible only when performance appraisal is conducted in the organizations.
