    Avalon Academy, in association with Academy of Carver Aviation, offers 3-year courses in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.

    The courses are approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India, and train students in the Mechanical & Avionics Engineering.

    Course highlights
    Training course enables an individual to become an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, and the student is BAMEL certified.

    After successfully passing the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) license examination, the student obtains an AME license in the relevant categories which he/ she has opted for - viz. Airframe (Category 'A') , Engine (Category 'C') and Avionics (E, I, R) issued by the DGCA.

    Please note: Students are required to pass the semester exams conducted by the Institute before being eligible to appear for the Basic License Examination.

    Eligibility
    * 10+2 with minimum 50% marks (aggregate) in Physics & Mathematics OR Three-year AICTE-approved Diploma in Engineering OR Higher qualification in science with Physics & Mathematics.
    * Student should be between 16 and 24 years of age at the beginning of the course.

    Course structure
    * The 3-year AME training program is divided into 6 semesters constituting both, theoretical & practical training.
    * The course is planned in a systematic manner following the norms & standards accepted by the regulatory authority, DGCA and the aviation industry.

    Description : The existing model of Gallium Arsenide LED’s operating at wavelength of 850-940nm and a band gap of 1.424ev is capable of producing electroluminescence of 18-22 Lm/W. the proposed model of GaN LED is to produce a better result of electroluminescence at lower wavelengths and higher band gap. Sentaurus TCAD is used to design and simulate this project.
