Job Description
As a Sr. Derivative Risk Management Business Analyst you will be a part of the Product Management Group that is responsible for initiating product enhancements driven by clients as well as undertaking strategic product enhancements driven by market requirements. Your primary role will be to collect and understand business requirements and translate them into functional specification documents, use cases etc.
You will also provide the product management team with necessary support to develop the strategic roadmap of the product.
You will participate in the design and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure that functional specification are tested and fulfilled.
You will provide necessary support to the professional services team to implement the client specific risk policy/hedge accounting strategy with the product.
You will also provide necessary inputs and support to the Client Solution team so as to be able to quicken issue resolution.
You will Mentor development, QA and client support teams to understand the product and domain, as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile
You should be a full time MBA/PGDM and or CA from Top MBA institutes, with specialization in Finance.
You should have 4 to 6 yrs of experience as Business Analyst preferably in an IT Product company, using structured Analysis Tools and approach (like UML, use cases).
You must have a solid background in derivatives, treasury risk management and accounting. Knowledge of various derivatives products like Options, Swaps, Forwards, etc. for Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange or Commodity products is essential. Knowledge of derivative accounting and standards (FAS/IAS/CICA) for products mentioned above is a plus.
You should have Excellent Analytical and Communications Skills and be a team player and have exposure to working with International teams.
You should be a self-starter; focused and driven to succeed; result orientated. Organized and disciplined with ability to manage expectations (internal and external).
You should be an experienced professionals working in consulting, corporate treasury or banking environment looking to work in an innovative, committed environment with a talented growth company.
