Job Specification :
1. To study and evaluate drawings - Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Detection, Plumbing, Structural, Landscape, Reinforcement etc.??
2. Handling of complete site co-ordination
3. Site co-ordination with all vendors including Electrical and HVAC.
4. Calculating quantities from various drawings.??
5. Evaluation of Contract documents, Bill off quantities, Technical Specifications.??
6. Preparation, Review & certification of Bills through on site measurements and checks.??
7. Analysis of Rates.??
8. Preparation of tender documents.??
9. Preparation of comparative statements with analysis.??
10. Preparation of Measurement Books.??
11. Knowledge of standard contract regulations e.g. CPWD, FIDIC, NBO etc.??
12. Knowledge of Standard mode of measurement, BOQ preambles.??
13. Reconciliation of materials and preparation of reconciliation statements.??
14. Preparation & issue of work orders.??
15. Coordination with accounts department, clients QS, consultants and project team??
16. To be stationed at one of the site on Pan India basis
