    Project work :
    Implementation Of DCT/IDCT Based Digital watermarking using VHDL : In this project presents a comparison with the conventional watermarking technique & the novel 5 stage pipelined implementation of DCT/IDCT which is used in image watermarking. The most common method of DCT based digital watermarking which is used for image authentication & copyright protection is the transpose method. In this method 2D DCT is implemented by taking two 1D DCT in series. The image pixel value is divided into 8x8 block & the row wise 1D DCT is implemented by each block & then the transpose is taken to implement column wise DCT to get 2D DCT. The major advantage in this project is pipelined implementation which can bring the speed increase 500% over the non-pipelined implementation.
