Project Name : Improving AODV Against Gray Hole Attack.
Team Size : 3
Technology : Linux Fedora 8, Network Simulator 2.32.
Description : Gray hole attack against network integrity absorbing all data packets
in the network. The data packets do not reach the destination node
on the account of this attack, data loss will occur. This is the type of
active attack. In this project we simulate the Gray hole attack in various
wireless ad-hoc network. To evaluate effect of gray hole attack, we first
implement it in NS-2. To overcome the affect of Gray Hole attack, we
clone the AODV protocol changing it to IDSAODV so that AODV can
be improved.
