Responsibilities :
** To read through Request for Proposals quickly and understand the key process equipments required in the tender
** To evaluate design options that will be the most competitive given the nature and type of tender
** To evaluate if costings prepared by the respective engineers under his charge is competitive
** To vet process documents required for proposal submission
** To coordinate and envisage impact of process on the other disciplines of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation and vice-versa
** Overall responsibility of driving and coordinating the putting up of tender
** Mentor to junior staff

Requirements :
** 7-12 years experience, preferably in the water industry
** Degree/Post Graduate in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
** Strong process skills in water/wastewater industry including advanced membrane applications
** Be able to propose designs/prepare proposals and prepare costings for tendering
** Direct/guide drafting/design engineers and the ability to oversee the overall design process, including coordination across the various disciplines of civil/structural, electrical/instrumentation etc.
** Exposure to working with clients, consultants, multinational companies, and public sector companies in India
** Part of working experience should be at site installation testing and commissioning (at least 2 years)
