    Responsibilities :
    ** Market and sell ultrafiltration membranes to OEMs and clients in the designated region
    ** Be aware of upcoming projects, NIT, EOI etc in Govt and private sectors which require ultrafiltration membranes (e.g. Sea water Desalination, Water recycling, Zero Liquid discharge, MBR tech etc), as well as the OEMs that are likely to win the bid.
    ** Identify and manage distributors to expand the sales coverage area
    ** Meet consultants and even clients and get ultrafiltration membranes approved for project participation.
    ** Presentations on the technical benefits of Hyflux ultrafiltration membranes to OEMs & consultants (and clients if need be).
    ** Build & grow business in assigned region/market
    ** Grow key accounts (both distributor and large clients)
    ** Gather market/competitor information from assigned territory

    Requirements :
    ** 7-10 yrs of business development &/or sales experience in the required region.
    ** Have in depth knowledge of the water treatment markets, clients, consultants etc.
    ** Experience in selling components used in water treatment (e.g. pumps, filters etc) a must. Experienced in selling RO membranes or UF membranes preferred.
    ** Possess a track record of building up a business in a new market or start-up experience.
    ** Have worked extensively with OEM’s and consultants. Experience in working with Govt bodies, municipal sector and industrial clients a bonus.
    ** Excellent business acumen, presentation and interpersonal skills
    ** Basic Technical knowledge of membranes preferred
    ** Must be based in the required region with his own conveyance.
    Will be required to work as “Resident Manager”.
