Site Coordinator Human Resources
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB :
To provide comprehensive HR services to work site areas and employees thereby
contributing to their overall performance and the efficiency of worksite HR related issues.
JOB OBJECTIVES
1. To participate in a small team of personnel in an effective and efficient way and co-ordinate with
all units of HRD to provide HR service to projects.
2. To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning and execution of work
processes including co-ordination of airport pickup, salary advances and completion of joining formalities for new employees.
3. Co-ordinate with HRD Administration unit for medical / residency formalities of new employees.
4. To undertake interviews for new, existing, resigned, terminated or dismissed employees in accordance with HR procedures.
5. To maintain professional confidentiality regarding employee personal and company-sensitive information.
6. To manage and maintain personnel records in accordance with company procedures.
7. To act as a focal point for employee issues including grievances, discipline and vacation.
8. To identify, analyse and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
9. Should have solid experience in Construction site or big manufacturing company.
10. Bachelors Degree.
11. Experienced in handling Labour related issues and wide range of HR site activities.
12. Professional & matured HR person who is capable in handling workers and the project management.
13. Capability in handling Disciplinary actions against when needed.
14. Computer literate
15. Very Good Reporting and Communication Skills
16. Strong personality
17. 5 - 10 years of experience
18. Age : 27 – 33 years old.
