Drupal PHP Developer
Pingar India Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore is actively looking to expand its development team with full-time application developers experienced in Drupal and PHP.

The Application Developer position calls for a candidate with 2-3 years of total work experience including at least 1 year of active Drupal development and 2 years of extensive PHP experience. Social media platforms and working with user-generated content is highly desirable.

The following expertise is required for this position :
* Application design and architecture for interactive, user generated sites
* Drupal, PHP, XML, CSS, AJAX and web services
* LAMP based development and operating environments
* Relational databases and SQL

Essential Job Functions :
* Play key role on UI team delivering Drupal themes, views and AJAX interfaces
* Develop and implement modules in Drupal supporting web application functionality as necessary to meet requirements / design
* Provide documentation as required and participate in code reviews, planning sessions and routine status stand-ups
* Work closely within a team and goal oriented environment

Knowledge, skills and experience required :
* Deployment experience in Windows Environment highly desired
* Experience working within iterative or agile rapid delivery process
* Successful history of delivering complex systems on tight deadlines
* Excellent problem solving and communication skills; quick learner
* Social media or user generated content experience highly desired
* Degree : B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
