Nature of Job Responsibilities. :
- Maintaining safety culture within the staff workers
- Tool box meeting before we start the work with our staff / worker
- Every day site inspection, inspection of PPE’s and safety induction for new comers.
- Maintaining fire fighting equipments.
- Accident and incident investigation.
- Eliminating unsafe and unsafe conditions in site premises.
- Safety related to scaffolding, excavation and confined space works
- Regular check up for electrical equipment / panel boards/ ELCB /RCBs with electrical engineer.
- Regular checkup for welding machines / gas cutter etc., with concern fabrication head.
- Keep observations on test loading & test piles, suggestions to the team to avoid the hazards.
- Controls the traffic record of all documents like competent certificates, licenses, registrations, labour licenses, employees insurance certificates etc., we observe the due dates & informs to the concern departments.
- Taking work permits before they start the work either in day or night.
- Maintain tool box talk and all registers i.e., unsafe/ near miss, first aid, accident, safety, committee meetings, monthly HSE, equipment maintenance and monthly statistic reports.
