    (9) Documentation and managing the files of branch retail asset group, Mangalore (i.e DSA agreement files, customer request letter, Disbursement voucher file)
    (10) Preparation of audit requirement for under Bank process.
    (11) Handling the original, RC, for the customer to provide RC to customer for proper acknowledgment.
    - Customer Service Responsibility
    (1) Handling customer service like Termination and for closure of loan, A/c.
    (2) Taking care NOC issue for up country location.
    (3) Handling customer quarries and customer complaints of their request.
    (4) Handling PDC swapping for upcountry location.
    (5) Providing Refund excess payment made by the customer. While fro closure of loan.
    (6) Handling for payments liquidation for customer request and issue statements of AIC, Certificate of Interest, Repayment Schedule, the customer and also ensure of reschedulement of loan.
    (7) To creation lead generation and lead conversion for internal and external, customer for both Banking products like PL, AL, UCH, BL CV, loan against property, Housing loan, and other products.
