(1) Ensuring that all the pre – disbursed files checked thoroughly and upload. Files by using disbursement system (loan operation system, (LOS)

(6) Taking care of Dispatching the files, and other Documents to related department.
(7) Taking responsibility of Dispatching the customers payment and Refunds DD & ensuring that the customer through telecasting or customer acknowledgement has received the same.
(8) Records / Registrar : Ensuring that all the records (Including stamp records, Refund, DDC record, Numbered Instrument record etc) are properly filed & kept under custody as per guidelines.
(9) Documentation and managing the files of branch retail asset group, Mangalore (i.e DSA agreement files, customer request letter, Disbursement voucher file)
(10) Preparation of audit requirement for under Bank process.
(11) Handling the original, RC, for the customer to provide RC to customer for proper acknowledgment.
- Customer Service Responsibility
(1) Handling customer service like Termination and for closure of loan, A/c.
(2) Taking care NOC issue for up country location.
(3) Handling customer quarries and customer complaints of their request.
(4) Handling PDC swapping for upcountry location.
(5) Providing Refund excess payment made by the customer. While fro closure of loan.
(6) Handling for payments liquidation for customer request and issue statements of AIC, Certificate of Interest, Repayment Schedule, the customer and also ensure of reschedulement of loan.
(7) To creation lead generation and lead conversion for internal and external, customer for both Banking products like PL, AL, UCH, BL CV, loan against property, Housing loan, and other products.
- Software Skills
(1) Proficiency in Banking Software like Finance, LOS (Loan operating System), Rams, CRS (cheque request system) finance are.
(2) Proficiency in other applications like Lotus, notes, Internet, E mail.
(3) Familiar with operating system, like, windows, MS Excel, MS Office.
