Job Description :

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

Experience : Minimum 2 -3 years in stores functions from a Construction Industry & Capable to work on ERP system.

Age Limit : 25 to 35 years.

Job Description :
1. Storekeepers will be responsible for Stores and Spares of all inward received by the company for the specified project and ensure that the documentation are made immediately as and when material received.
2. Storekeepers shall account for all inward arrival of stores and spares and ensure that the documentation requirements are made immediately as and when material is received.
3. Dispatch notes received from vendors shall be scrutinized against the respective purchase orders and dully accepted for inspection.
4. Inspection procedure shall be followed as per the project specific requirements prior to taking the materials in stock.
5. Storekeepers shall originate requisition on the central stores for the stock items that are to be maintained in stock at project stores after evaluating the available quantity in stock, the requirement for the look ahead period.
6. StoreKeepers shall be responsible for the housekeeping and upkeep of the stores premises as required.
7. Special item requiring temperature control or any other special storage shall be identified and stored accordingly.
8. The stores shall report administratively to the respective Project Manager / Construction Manager or any other officer nominated by the Project Manager as the case may be and shall functionally report to Senior Stores Manager / Stores Manager at Central Stores.
