Reports to : Manager - Business development

Job Purpose :
Pre-Sales and Technical support of AVEVA Plant solutions.

Dimensions :
The post requires the ability to work closely with clients and AVEVA team

Principal Accountabilities :
The role requires proven understanding of PDMS or other 3D modelling system. Having experience in both the EPC and Owner Operator environments will be an advantage. Must be a team worker with good communications skills and an ability to work on own initiative supporting the sales process while maintaining good relationship with clients.

The role includes :
* Interaction with clients to determine their requirements
* Product presentation and demonstrations
* Assistance with the preparation of bid documents
* Project execution
* Technical Support

Important Working Relationships :
The role requires the ability to work with a various parties including :

* Clients
* Sales Team
* Technical support team

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :
Min. 5 years experience working in PDMS or other 3D modelling system. Understanding the concept of Integrated Project Execution either with a large EPC Contractor, an Owner Operator or Consultancy.

An understanding of the process or power industry is essential.

General Aptitudes :
* Numerate and analytical
* Able to manage large and complex Engineering IT projects.
* Good written and verbal communication
* Responsible
* Good degree in relevant subject, or equivalent
