Started operations as Malaysia’s first Islamic bank on July 1st 1983, its establishment was primarily to cater for the financial needs of Muslims in the country and to further extend its services to the whole population at large. The bank strives on knowledge and skills to meet client’s value solution needs. The bank is geared towards providing a full range of investment banking services.
The project aims to give intelligent support by giving information about the business of the bank. It helps to analyze the business of the bank with respect to area i.e., nation wise, region wise, city wise and branch wise. It also helps to analyze business done per day, per week, per month and per year. It helps to know the customers and their role in bank business, the schemes and the revenue generated by every scheme or products run by bank, the season wise financial workout and credits & debits made by customers.

This project aims to give Client Intelligent Information Reports regarding his existing business situation and how he can analyze specifically his business. The project gives an insight to analyze industry trends and target specific market segments. It also helps in identifying best and worst sellers, product trends and develops a channel strategy, sales opportunities by capitalizing on buying trends. It also aids in analyzing sales over multiple promotional cycles, sales channel and increase profits.
