Project Title Classification and Rule Extraction using Rough Set for Diagnosis of Liver Disease and its Types.
Role Coding and Implementation of WEKA TOOL, JAVA and Connection with MS-ACCESS.
Summary This project is to develop an intelligent diagnosis for classifying the liver disease and to identify it types. It applies LEM1 algorithm to classify the liver disease and extract rules. Fuzzy rules has been used for identifying the types of Liver disease.
Duration Jan 11 to May 11.
Project Title Classification and Rule Extraction using Rough Set for Diagnosis of Psychopathology.
Role Coding and Implementation of WEKA TOOL, JAVA and Connection with MS-ACCESS.
Summary This project is to develop an intelligent diagnosis of Psychopathology (Mental illness) using clustering. Expectation Maximization algorithm is applied for handling missing data. Density-Based Clustering Algorithm and Outlier analysis has been used based on simple k-means algorithm, for better accuracy. Rough set based on numerical data is used for extracting classification rules.
