When working with M/s Mojj Engg handled turnkey project of about 15 Nos at various stages & locations in India. 1. Successfully completed the about 15 nos total project of Multi Effect Evaporators for various applications such as Distillery effluents, Pharma Effluent, Tannery Effluent, RO Reject etc handled with capacities from 50 to 650 KLPD ( Project Cost :- 0.85 to 6 Corers)
2. Successfully completed the project of solvent (Ethanol) separation & reuse for Vitamin D product at Fermenta Biotech, Kullu. Earlier technology hired from Germany. Now, two more projects from Fermenta biotech at Dahej under installation.
3. Successfully installed & commissioned the Boilers at various locations & Capacities considering all safety aspects & IBR certification.
i) 30 TPD boiler, Southern boiler make, operating pressure 8 Barg using LPG as heat source installed at Renault Nissan, Chennai
ii) 30 TPD boiler, Rakhoh make, operating pressure 8 Barg using HSD as heat source installed at Mahindra Vehicles, Chakan.
iii) 50 TPD boiler, Thermax make, operating pressure 8 Barg using wood as heat source installed at CETP, Perundurai, TN
4. Successfully installed the stripper Column (Packed Bed) for separation of solvent before taking into evaporator. Diameter 800 mm, packed bed, ceramic intaloc packing, 24 meter height, and skirt supported with 800 LPH solvent separation capacity from 4000 LPH feed.
5. Successfully installed & commissioned the cooling Towers,
i) Induced Draft 350TR with FRP packing & FRP basin at A B Sugar, Punjab
ii) Induced Draft 80TR with FRP packing & Civil basin at CETP, Perundurai
