Job Description: A position requiring development of direct clientele and channel partners for our Web based services in Payroll segment. Should have sound commercial sense and should be able to complete deals from lead generation to order execution.

• Knowledge of Payroll & Finance and accounting outsourcing service offerings
• Knowledge of ITES, retail & NGO segments
• Experience of interacting with corporate clients to understand solution requirements
• Strong presentation skills and solutions presales experience required
• Manage and develop the team through recruiting, hiring, training and motivating.
• Build working relationships with all sales channels including inside teams, group channels, CA, HR & relevant technology communities.
• End to End ownership of RFP, RFIs
• Ensuring that the required number of quality leads/ prospects are generated
• Planning campaigns with sales team
• Sourcing data for specific campaigns
