Project Coordinating :
- Project Management includes Planning & Implementation, Vendor management, resource planning & management for Network Implementation and operation & maintenance of Network.
- Preparing SOW for third parties/Vendors for MW I & C
- Planning of tools, Test equipments, vehicles etc, required for execution.
- Keeping track of equipment and Material flow from warehouse to sites.
- Vendor negotiation & Target price fixing for the Installation of BTS, MW Hops, Poles installation & AT
- Planning with Transmission peoples for Transport(MW)handover
- Keep track of Daily progress reports of all the overall progress of the project.
