    Experience 2 - 4 years
    Job Description
    Responsible for
    Understanding client requirements
    Planning, designing, and implementing the website layout.
    Website content development.

    Giving attention to detail is important and work should be of a standard able to attract global audience.

    Candidate should be a self starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.

    We respect and value hands on technical expertise.
    We are seeking motivated individuals who can work in a very dynamic and fast paced work environment.

    Skill Set
    Mandatory Requirements
    Should have good understanding of various design concepts and latest design trends.
    Proficient with JavaScript, HTML/XTML, CSS , Dreamweaver, Web Authoring Tools
    Should have experience with using Adobe Photoshop/Corel Draw and Flash
    Senior candidates must be aware of
    - Latest W3C standards for writing W3C compliant HTML/XHTML.
    - Semantic markup and semantic coding guidelines for SEO requirements and browser compatibility.

    Other Requirements
    Any of the following would be a plus:
    Experience with AJAX
    Experience with any Open Source/Non-proprietary HTML authoring tools/editors like Amaya, Aptana etc.
    Experience with any CMS like Joomla , Wordpress etc.
