    JOB PROFILE :
    - Following up & acquiring process on daily basis and prepare Route chart
    - To handle the pick up/drop team and ensure that timely intimation regarding picks& drops is conveyed to the employees on a regular basis.
    - Maintain MIS reports for absenteeism, no shows, pick & drop tracker’s, accident logs, reimbursements, vehicle in time reports , Vendor head count, Centralized shift report (Hub pick up), Prepare pick up /drop details for billing
    - To respond to complaints, queries from employees and process in charges.
    - To take feedback from employees regarding shortcoming/suggestions and accordingly take steps to improve the transport facility.
    - To ensure employees safety during picks & drops by regularly briefing the drivers, co-ordinates, security escorts & by creating awareness amongst employees.
    - To conduct on board tracker (OBT) session for new joinees.
    - To handle picks & drops during emergency situation like flooding, riots, festivals, accidents.
    - Part of the implementation and customization of TMS & ROUTE PRO software.
    - To carry out customer satisfaction survey.
    - To maintain various documentation for ISO audits.
    - Conducting the INDUCTION for the new joinee’s employees.
    Responsibilities Include :
    - Supervision of Housekeeping, pantry management, Canteen, Mail dispatch including couriers.
    - Coordinating Tour and Travel arrangements.
    - Key management, maintain hospital records.
    - Organizing various events and corporate parties.
    - Planning and execution of welfare, extra curricular, cultural and sports activities.
    - Procurement of spare parts for company owned vehicles.
    - Quality assurance on maintenance activities.
    - To maintain the spare part inventory on monthly basis.
    - Taking quotes from vendors for quote comparison & appointing vendor’s providing good service level at reasonable rates. Interacting with service providers to ensure smooth working of the company.
    - Maintaining incident reports for site.
    - Maintaining diesel consumption record for the DG’s.
    - Supervision and follow up the task assigned.
    - Track IT closure.
    - Planning of any maintenance or movement of material from one site to other.
    - Approve the weekly attendance schedule of the staff.
    - Coordinate and follow up with the vendors in case of a breakdown, maintenance or installation.
    - Coordinate with inter departments in case of a maintenance or installation.
    - To keep a close watch on the cost cutting aspect.
    - To control a stuff of hundred people, which include front office executives, housekeeping supervisors, office boys, pantry boys.
    - Provision of on line service to the employees regarding Printer breakdown, AC failure & Vending machine breakdown.
    - Preparing access cards for the new employees.
    - Keep site in good condition; make arrangement for visitors & guests.
    - Immediately attend to infrastructure complaints & inform management.
    - Preparing and follow up on invoices and payment of vendors.
    - Liason with the BMC ward officers & police officers.
    - Looking over the travel desk responsibility like booking the ticket of clients,forex of the clients & visa documentation.
