Vendor Management :

- Assessing performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as percentage for rejections,
quality improvement, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
- Following with vendors for timely deliveries, release schedules, quality checks & ensuring timely
payments.
Supply Chain Management / Logistics :

Managing Supply Chain for distributing goods in warehouse to the manufacturing unit for achievement of
targets within specified parameters.
Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of
materials to meet the production targets.
Devising efficient Logistics Management System to ensure delivery of finished goods as per committed
timelines and cost.
