Experience of working in the (Server and Apps support Team) involved in Back End Support for past 5 months till July 2010.
Handling/ Monitoring/Troubleshooting WNS servers and Backup for MUMBAI/NASHIK locations.
- Monitoring client servers (British Airways) also carrying administration, management, maintaining of the servers, performing restorations on the same with the help of administrative tools provided.
- Monitor scheduled backups, trouble shooting the same in case failures occur.

- Preparing Daily Back up Status reports for Nashik, Mumbai and client servers. Preparation of Daily basis reports for Mumbai and Nashik location for sake of submitting the same to management. Preparation of logs for each month for specific backup policies.

- Working on Symantec and VERITAS, using the same to configure backup and schedule the same server in Backup schedule by creating the policy, including the new server to be added in backup scope.
- Restoration
Working on restoration tickets for restoring deleted files, folder on the server or the shared drive as requested by clients, through restoration tool available or by tapes available in the library. Closing workorders tickets logged in queue for daily activities and for restoration before crossing the SLA limits.

Experience Summary in Remote Support (Front-End Engineering) :
- Working as a Service Desk – Engineer for WNS for past 1 year 3 months. - Handling/ resolving tech issues for internal WNS users across location i.e. MUM/PNQ/GGN/BLR/US/UK/ROMANIA.
