Job Responsibilities :-
- To handle all the problems of the customer occurred in any of the products supplied by our company as to rectify it as soon as possible.
- To help the customers how to use the equipments supplied by AVL more efficiently so the life of the instruments last longer.
- Expertise in equipments such as Smoke meter, Dyno calibration, Opacimeter and Coolant conditioning unit.
- Pursuing the better knowledge about PUMA and all the versions of PUMA such as puma open 1.3 and puma open 1.4.

- Finally maintenance of whole test bed used by our customers for engine testing.
Involvement in Projects :-
- Maruti test bed (GURGAON) :- Test bed used by the R & D department of maruti for the testing of engines of the four wheelers manufactured by them under EURO 4 fuel. EDACS was the main software used for the controlling of the bed and utilities.
- TATA test bed (JAMSHEDPUR) :- Test bed used by the R & D department of TATA for the testing of engines of the heavy vehicles manufactured by them under EURO 3 fuel. PUMA was the main software used for the controlling of the bed and utilities. Also involved in the GEM commissioning for this bed.

Job Expertise :-
- Good knowledge about the engine measurement parameters.
- Capable to handle all ELR , ETC , ESC and ISAC cycles required in engine testing.
- Capable to do PID settings.
- Equipped with all the knowledge required to create a new test cycle.

whole job with the help of team members including electricians and laborers.
Current CTC : 1.75 Lakhs per annum.
Job Responsibilities :-
- Working as a team leader, managing team and achieving the target dates fixed by the customers (TATA STEEL).
- Routing of the cables as per the standard drawings supplied with the tag numbers and labeling them.
- Erection of all the equipment according to the drawing (Electrical and instruments) such as butterfly valves, pressure transmitters, pressure switches, temperature transmitters, motors, magnetic valves, RTD, thermocouples, cable trays etc.
- Termination of all the cables and all the equipments erected for the automation of the project.
- Giving support to the commissioning engg.
Projects Handled :-
- HMDP # 3(GERMAN TECHNOLOGY) :- Desulphurization unit in TATA STEEL. The process of removal of slag from hot molten metal with the injection process through lances and slag racking machine. After racking this molten metal is used for casting of slabs and billets these can be further processed to iron bars and rods or plates.
Two units in the same unit have been processed here separated only through one valve.
- Re-heating Furnace # 3(CHINESE TECHNOLOGY) :- Slabs heating process up to 1800 degree Celsius which could be further used for metal sheets. The process consists of 120 3-way valves and 64 butterfly and control valves, several temperature and pressure measurement devices. Oxygen analyzer and laser distance meters with fully automated and manual selection switches were used.

- Proper mounting and handling of the equipments.
- Good knowledge about the study of project drawings (electrical as well as instrumentation drawings).
