Job description :
* Generating leads through email campaigns & cold calling.
* Generating leads/bidding experience on freelancing portals such as Elance, Guru.com, Odesk
* Identifying the potential & prospective clients based on market feedback and Information.
* Partnering with onsite/Off shore Business Development Managers to identify and convert prospects into customers.
* Assessment of marketing opportunities and target markets Intelligence gathering on presents US, UK Market.
* Generating leads for possible sales, follow-up sales activity, Preparing Formal proposal or presentation
* Cold calling for introduction, Service portfolio, administering the assigned territories services and achieving revenue targets set by the organization.
* Understanding and coordinating client needs / enhancements, customization of product accordingly and consult with technical team to provide solutions as per the delivery schedules
* Interfacing & working closely with front-end sales team for new account acquisition support and back-end support team
* Set up telephonic / in-person meeting with prospects, Regular follow up with the prospects
* Research and building up prospects lead database ,Report Generation, Maintaining Reports
* Present the company to potential clients through direct communication in telephone/web conference and emails.
* Co-ordinate with internal teams (IT/ Operations/ Sales / Accounts etc) to gather inputs for RFP response.
* Candidates should be open to work in US adjusted hours.
Job Requirements :
* B.Tech & MBA with 2 -4 years of experience in international software sales.
* Excellent communication, analytical and Customer handling skills .Good Decision Making ability
* Fluent in English
* Flexible to work in US time zones
