    Drawing Department - In MEP drawing dept. heads, design engineers & draughtsman’s working under me different heads & drawings like :-
    Plumbing – Fire fighting, water piping, drainage piping, if required sewage treatment plant etc.

    HVAC – Split unit, window units chiller A/C, heat load & cfm calculation all drawings design as per client requirement.

    Electrical – I am taking work from design engineers such as L.V. & H.V. CCTV generators, transformer as per the client & site requirement.

    Architect & civil – As per the client civil drawing, structure & interior drawing making with precast slab & precast wall with complete MEP Co-ordination drawings with different sections for site.

    As per the above all MEP drawings co-ordination, client requirement, 07 to 10 different drawings as per the BOQ or BOM shop drawing are thoroughly checked by me and proceed for approval to client & consultant.

    Site - Weekly report from Project Manager, MEP store report, Quantity surveyor, Site surveyor, supervisor, Foreman & site engineer. Also safety officer & site safety report & organize the meeting for next week program according to approval shop drawings for site construction ( consultant & client ).

    Manpower their skilled, their knowledge.

    Vendor - Also for MEP project material discussion with the vendor & submit the sample as per BOQ or BOM to consultant for approval.

    Finally I want to say MEP Projects can organize with all above given details with the help of weekly site & office progress report. Also the same monthly report organization chart report & program from project
    starting date to handover project date. It is helpful for us so we can finish the project before time & smoothly.
