JOB TITLE : Graphic Designer
DEPARTMENT : 2D Team
REPORTING AUTHORITY : Team Lead – 2D Design

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE OF JOB
We are a multimedia factory producing highly customized elearning products and multimedia objects. Our design skill is our strength that attracts our European Customers.
We are looking for intelligent, smart, individuals to join our design team as graphic designers to create highly interactive multimedia rich content.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visualise and design rich and innovative multimedia content with 100% accuracy.
• Analyse and understand the project requirements
• Interacting with teams/technologies for successful implementation
• Think, ask, and act on all job demands instead of blindly following orders
• Co-ordinate with different teams and managers

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Graduates preferably Bachelors of Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Designing, Web Designing
• 2 to 4 years Expertise in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver & Flash tools required.
• Working knowledge of Web Design, Internet, Visual and Graphic Tools etc
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flash, Dreamweaver
• Knowledge in game design will be added advantage
• Should be able to write visual storyboards

SOFT SKILLS
• Should have highly creative thinking.
• Should have good comprehension skill and problem solving.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum knowledge in programming.
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Should be innovative & have strong approach over conceptualization of interactive media concepts
• Should possess good hand drawing skills

• 50% of your time must be spent on hands-on designing and 50% of your time must be spent on guiding your team to produce creative and error free design.
• Analyse and understand the project requirements
• Interacting with teams/technologies for successful implementation
• Deliver 100% quality output within the allocated deadline
• Think, ask, and act on all job demands instead of blindly following orders
• Interact with Business Managers and ensure that your team remains 100% productive at all times
• Responsible for the development, design and execution of creative and innovative concepts for Multimedia & Elearning solutions


TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Graduates preferably Bachelors of Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Designing, Web Designing
• 5 to 6 years Expertise in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dreamweaver & Flash tools required.
