JOB TITLE : Flash Programmer
DEPARTMENT : Programming Team
REPORTING AUTHORITY : Team Lead – Flash Programmer

PRINCIPLE OBJECTIVE OF JOB
We are a multimedia factory producing highly customized elearning products and multimedia objects. Our design skill is our strength that attracts our European Customers.
We are looking for intelligent, smart, individuals to join our Programming team as Flash Programmers to develop highly interactive multimedia content.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• You help us develop highly interactive multimedia content.
• Analyse the Project requirements
• Develop and test the code using Flash AS3 and AS2
• Interacting with teams/technologies for successful implementation
• Deliver 100% quality output within the allocated deadline
• Think, ask, and act on all job demands instead of blindly following orders

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 2 to 4 years Experience in Action Script 3.0 & Action Script 2.0.
• Experience in PaperVision 3D (added advantage if knowledge in Away 3D, Unity 3D or any other 3D Engines).
• Experience in developing SCORM 1.2 & 2004 (supportive to SUMTOTAL, Moodle, Sifadis, MOS LMS).
• Sound logical reasoning and flash concepts.
• Knowledge on HTML, JavaScript, XML & CSS.
• Knowledge in game development and logic design.
• Minimum design skills will be added advantage.

SOFT SKILLS
• Should have high creative thinking.
• Should have good comprehension skill and problem solving.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Minimum knowledge in designing.
• Willing to work on any new technology.

• 50% of your time must be spent on hands-on coding and 50% of your time must be spent on guiding your team to produce clean codes.
• Analyse and understand the project requirements
• Interacting with teams/technologies for successful implementation
• Deliver 100% quality output within the allocated deadline
• Think, ask, and act on all job demands instead of blindly following orders
• Interact with Business Managers and ensure that your team remains 100% productive at all times

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• 5 to 6 years Experience in Action Script 3.0 & Action Script 2.0.
• Experience in PaperVision 3D (added advantage if knowledge in Away 3D, Unity 3D or any other 3D Engines).
• Must have experience in developing SCORM 1.2 & 2004 (supportive to SUMTOTAL, Moodle, Sifadis, MOS LMS).

• Having 2D or 3D design skill is an added advantage.
