    Responsibilities:
    ** Independently finish the bookkeeping/tax filing/financial statements, preparing works for the company and its portfolio of clients;
    ** Independently manage filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other government agencies for processing, attesting documentation, compliance and related activities;
    ** Planning, executing and completing audit fieldwork according to established schedule, recommending internal control improvements that may include operational enhancements or efficiencies and the preparation of audit reports as well as documenting controls;
    ** Provide follow-up work based on clients’ separate requirements;
    ** Communicate with client coordinators or local financial team to solve the problems related to periodically closing;
    ** Manage and supervise the execution of external/statutory audit engagements of various clients;
    ** Maintain a portfolio of clients, managing multiple deadlines and further developing industry expertise;
    ** Provide FDI related advisory services and handle the incorporation procedures for company formation of various types that legally exist in India;
    ** Meet with existing and potential clients (independently or with a company team) and advise on accounting and tax issues affecting their investment plans for India;
    ** Follow up on clients’ establishment and conversion into tax/accounting retainers with colleagues from the tax/accounting department;
    ** Conduct financial due diligence on target companies, draft contracts and documents;
    ** Write articles or give presentations on accounting/investment and other related matters;
    ** Internal training;
    ** Provide content and articles for internal and partners’ publications;
    ** Assist in some office administration if needed;
    ** Other duties and work assigned by Management of the company as required.

    Requirements:
    ** CA with at least 2-5 Years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit;
    ** Strong verbal & communication skills;
    ** Familiar with SAP, accounting software, Microsoft Office, skilled in using Excel;
    ** Outstanding communication skill is essential;
    ** Proficient in English, both oral and written;
    ** A good team worker;
    ** Must have in-depth knowledge of auditing & accounting standards along with good technical and industry expertise;
    ** Must be familiar with revenue recognition work, consolidated journal entry testing and all aspects of the audit process;
    ** Familiar with working with companies who have transitioned to an integrated SAP platform.
