Job Description
1. Update project schedule and assist in monitoring each critical activity and identify all delays and methods to recover.
2. Prepare monthly and weekly progress reports.
3. Co-ordination with client, designer & Head Office on various aspects of project.
4. Develop recovery plans in case of any delays.
5. Prepare and review the projects monthly pay estimates.
6. Review the subcontractor's invoices.
7. Monitor the site progress day by day and evaluate the current situation and the recommended changes to improve the efficiency of the planning and scheduling of the project.
8. Attending the internal weekly meeting and preparation of minutes of weekly review meeting.

Erection & Commissioning activities Include :
- Complete Readiness of Fly Ash handling & Bottom Ash handling system.
Erection & commissioning of Fly Ash Handling System constitutes of :
i. Readiness of ESP Hopper, APH & Duct hoppers & ash conveying lines upto Intermediate Silo.
ii. Readiness of K-Pump & 1.6*4 Km Ash Conveying DRC line (on pipe rack) from Intermediate silo to Main Silo.
iii. Readiness of Main Silo (Equipment & Piping ).
v. Installation & Commissioning Of Compressors ( 11 conveying Air Compressor of Atlas Cepco & Kaeser & 2 instrument air Compressor of Atlas Cepco)
Erection & Commissioning Of Bottom Ash handling System Constitutes of :
i. Readiness of Bottom Ash hopper.
ii. Readiness of Slurry Sumps & bottom ash slurry line upto ash slurry sump.
