Qualification and Experience:Graduate / Diploma / Trade certified in Mechanical / Electrical as applicable. Computer knowledge would be essential. Minimum 5 years in the relevant fields. Gulf / preferably UAE work experience will be an added advantage.

Should be multi-talented with allround knowledge in the builing services. Should be adaptable to handle responsibilities in estimation, tendering, designing and site execution independently in the respective disciplines. Should have good communication skills to coordinate and manage activities with the consultants, contractors and vendors.
