- Supervision of erection, testing and commissioning of CNG Station at Transport Nagar, Agra for M/s GGL project, Supervision of erection, testing and commissioning of laying of 10” dia N/G line pipe for Ibrahimpur- Dholpur project of M/s GAIL , laying of 8” and 4” dia (22Km) CS Pipeline and 180 dia (7.5 Km) MDPE pipeline at Greater Noida forM/sIGL’sproject and 18”ODX6.4X8.7X10.3THK pipeline for KG-Basin project of GAIL.
- Involved in online inspection of manufacturing of line pipes as per API 5L of Gr.B,X-60,X-65,with their 3LPE coating as per DIN 30670 for KMPL project of GAIL ,GGL for Luckhnow and Agra& IDPL Project, Jamnagar LPG project for M/s GAIL. Also conducted offline inspection of MDPE pipe and HDPE ducts as per IS -14885 for M/s BPCL project of Himmatnagar, Ahmadabad.
- NDT testing of oxygen, coal bed methane, coke oven gas, nitrogen gas and steam pipe line, oxygen plant tank and ability to interpret radiographs. Also pneumatic test of various gas pipelines.
- Also review WPS and witness of PQR and welder qualification tests and interpret visual test and allow for RT.
- LDO storage and handling system, tank installation, hydro test of tank, piping, filter and pump installation, testing and commissioning
- Installation, alignment and commissioning of flare stack for co gas and bf gas including hydro test of water seal drum and pneumatic test of riser.
