Job Profile :
- Active member of validation team for preparing IQ,PQ,OQ of different equipment
- As per R&D instruction taking batch and taking trails till set to plant level and working with project team
- Looking after the manufacturing of meropenem sterile, imipenem sterile
- Cilastatin sodium sterile ,ceftriaxone sodium, cefotaxime sodium, cefoperazone sodium, cefazoline sodium, ceftiofur sodium,cefpirome sulphate ,lysine
- Documentation regarding validation and investigation about any failures
- My Job responsibilities include interaction with day-to-day manufacturing activities to achieve the high quality productivity to meet the International standards.Training to persons involved in manufacturing according to cGMP and maintaining aseptic area practices.
- Manpower handling in the day-to-day activities.
- Independently handling of batch manufacturing & documentation activities
- Responsible for Aseptic process validation (System simulation through media trials & post campaign validation studies for aseptic process)
