- Responsible for the export Documentation process and global Manifestation Process of a Bs/l as per customer’s requirements, Shipping instruction and SOPs.
- Responsible for Global manifest Audit in order to catch various Data Quality / revenue leakages, thus complete the whole Documentation Process from Manifestation to issue the final freighted Bs/l to Customer.
- To scrutinize rate application and arrange for amendments prior to revenue Updation, thus reducing rectification of error entries
- Coordination with origin offices for constant review of SOPs set for various customers.

& Training
- In order to improve the Quality, have constantly monitor the Data quality of the Bills processed by the Doc Agents
- Internal Data quality checks are carried out in order to avoid the Service delivery failures through Business Objects (WEB I)
