JOB RESPONCEBILITIES :
- Drive Test using TEMS 8.0.3,8.2.5,8.1.3 , 5.1 & 6.1 (K790i/T610),
- Regular BSC wise consistency checks to pursue target KPI’s. To analyze statistical trend of KPI’s, to rank and optimize the cells affecting the Network KPI’s.
- Resolved all types of drops which found from BBH, NBH, and KPI reports.
- Neighbors’ deletion & creation and also frequency planning analysis with help of NCS report.
- Maintain the minimum drops in whole cluster with the help of “BBH” reports.
- Maintain the Traffic of any cell doing optimization neighboring cells.
- To identify the any hardware issue (DRU/RRU is faulty or not) and resolved it immediately.
- To identify any overshooting cell (High TA value) using “RNO ERICSSON TOOL” with the help of “MRR” report.
- Radio Network Tuning &Optimization of N/W.
- New site planning in Existing sites depending on Drive Test results, Customer Complaints.
- Frequency Interference (C/I & C/A) for Cell Sites using “MCOM 4.2 Tool”.
- To identify the coverage whole or problematic area.
- Frequency Planning & Handover Definition.
- To provide all RF detail as antenna orientation, Height of the GSM antenna.
- Analysis of Drive Test files for taking care of External and Internal Interference in the Network, which involves analysis of Rx quality, Rx Level etc, re-planning of RF parameters in problematic areas accordingly.
- Pre and post launch Optimization of the network.
- Network-Optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts, antenna orientation changes and tuning the Cell-RF Parameters.

- Calculate the value of EMF and EIRP for 2G-GSM, CDMA-GSM & 3G-GSM Antennas with the help of all survey reports and XL calculator (Calculation Method).
