ADVANCE FIRE MONITORING SYSTEM :
Advanced fire monitoring system is a project based on the controlling of several devices with the help of an advanced micro controller. Control engineering has evolved over time. In the past, humans were the main methods for controlling a system. More recently electricity has been used for control and early electrical control was based on relays. These relays allow power to be switched on and off without a mechanical switch. It is common to use relays to make simple logical control decisions. The operations of relays are controlled by a self decision making unit that is either a micro controller or a micro processor. The micro controller used for this particular application is AVR ATmega16 (L).The microcontroller with a driver circuit is widely used for these applications because they offer.
- Cost effective for controlling complex systems.
- Flexible and can be reapplied to control other systems quickly and easily.
- The accuracy provided by microcontroller based circuits is very high.
