Qualification :
Graduate degree in Mechanical Engg. and having design experience in any of the following fields in the sector of fertilizer/ chemical/ oil & gas/ power/
refinery etc.
PIPING : Working knowledge in design & preparation of piping layout/ BOM/ piping & equipment modeling/ extraction of isometrics/ generation &
customization of GADs in PDS extraction GA drg. & Annotation,/ support
design sketch/ knowledge of relevant codes like API, ASME, EJMA, etc.
PIPING STRESS ANALYSIS : - Conversant with international practices/ codes & standards for process piping/ flexibility analysis of critical lines using CAESAR II / perform loading data for civil structures / static analysis of Piping system/ stress analysis of Pipe supports & rotating machineries, compressors etc. knowledge of relevant connected Codes, like, API 610, 617, 618, NEMA SM-23 etc.

Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering and having experience in design &
detailed engg. of RCC & Steel structures related to different projects. Must be conversant with softwares, like, STAADPRO, etc., and shall have working knowledge of MS Excell and Autocad.

Coordinate with customer to fullfill his requirement, then released drawing & bill of material for production. We are using solid edge 3D software to develop sheetmetals parts.We are also using SAP (Design Module) software for making Bill of material.
Design Calculations -Tonnage of refrigeration calculation for our dehumidifier coil in air handling unit.
-Calculate chilled water consumption for coil.
-Workout the heater capacity for Binder tank.
-Calculate steam consumption for steam heater.
-Calculate pressure drop in circular duct for deciding static for blower.
-Heat loss in fluid bed dryer.
-Percentage of opening in perforated sheet.
- Drainage time calculation for storage tank.
- Selection of nozzle for Humidifier, by workout moisture requirement.

manufacturing of all aluminium brazed heat exchanger in bar & plate design.

My responsibility - I was handling all new development.
I was making fixture to ensure dimensional accuracy & consistency as per given drawing. Taking involvement in shop floor at the time of new development.
Design Calculations -Calculate free flow area of core / fins like
(Multilouvered, wavy, offset serrated fin)
-Calculate thickness of shell & torispherical dished for pressure Vessel as per ASME sect – VIII Div-2. (Made excel sheets for calculations.)
- Calculation of heat transfer area for heat exchanger. (After Cooler)
