    JOB TITLES JOB SPECIFICATION
    1. Organization : (1) Ensuring smooth functioning of the department on a day to day basis.
    (2) Ensuring proper discipline and implementation of Company’s policies and rules & regulation in the depts.

    2. Utilizing : (1) Optimum utilization of manpower by delegating duties and responsibilities, preparation of duty rosters, providing training and orientation to the workers and supervisor of there activities.
    (2) Optimum utilization of space, utensils, equipments and fuels maintaining proper record for the same.
    3. Procurement : (1) Receiving, verifying and inspection of procured materials.
    (2) Ensuring availability and continuous supply of required materials.

    (A) Purpose of scope of Job
    Maintenance of Employees Mess, Residential Quarters & Camp Premises ensuring satisfaction, Safety, good health and hygiene.
    (B) Key Result Areas
    1. Provision of Wholesome food for all employees throughout the year.
    2. Provide high quality, cost effective catering and support service to the Employees.
    3. Minimize wastage of mess food
    4. Trained and developed personnel
    5. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the mess and all the employees facility in the camp premises
    6. Arrangement of food & Accommodation for drilling crews.
    7. Controlling & managing all activities in Laundry.
    (C) Duties And Responsibilities
    1. Supervise the work of mess staff, laundry Man, Gardener, Sanitation Staff, including writing job description roistering or On /Off Schedule.
    2. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of mess, residential quarters, and camp premises.
    3. Provide adequate, clean and constant supply of linen to all the employees and ensure that hygienic conditions are maintained in the process.
    4. Responsible for day to day functioning of mess & provide right quality and quantity of food as per menu
    5. Maintain food stack, indent food items as per requirement, check quality & quantity of items supplied by the contractors.
    6. Responsibility for checking of challans & bills submitted by contractors..
    7. Responsibility for prepare of monthly reports pertaining to mess & camp.
    8. Responsibility for repair & maintenance work with the help of civil engineer..
    9. Responsible to visit local market for market for price verifications.
    10. Ensure effective control on supplies at the points of receiving, storing and issuing.
