1. Independently handling all Marketing shipments (promotional material) for U.P Region.
2. Receive the shipments on arrival, check for any physical/visible damage to the shipments.
3. Incase of any such discrepancy, inform the regional warehouse.
4. Prepare invoices, entry permits & dispatch the Shipments according to the plan.
5. Track & Trace goods till the goods are delivered to the concerned receiving location.
6. Co-ordination with Transporters for Fast deliveries
7. Checking Transporters Bills.
8. Preparing pending/hold shipment Report.
9. Making Dispatch Details Report.
10. Track & Trace out the shipments & update the delivery & non delivery Status in Sap.
11. Preparing delivery performance report.
12. Preparing Signed Delivery Challans reports & discussed with all regions for
problematic locations.
JOB PROFILE
1. Every day checking all the inbound shipments.
2. To deal with the customer on phone regarding the problematic shipments.
3. Responsible for all Import Shipments
4. Coordinating with clients & overseas offices.
5. Taking proper care of delivery of hardover at the site.
6. Maintaing the shipment invoices for the timely shipment of consignment..
7. Maintaining all relevant documents for the use of legal department.
8. Entering all the relevant data in excel form.
9. Data Entry and other computer work as assigned by the authorities.
10. Preparing signed delivery challans reports.
11. Preaparing delivery certificate report.
