· Post Graducte Diploma in Environment management from guj.safety council in 2005 with second class
· Post Graducte Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS). From Technical exam board Gandhinagar.(2006-2008)
· 22.9 years experience in Chemical industry ,Transpek –Silox ind.ltd Vadodara

· Since last 6 years working as a safety supervisor in Environment ,Health & Safety dept Total, 9 yrs (3) working as aExecutive S&E in E.H.S.dept and continue

· Duties & Responsibilities :
· Preparation of Safety manual, Safety work procedures and effective implementation of EHS rules and regulation at work site.
· Exposure of shutdown of Chemical, ,Work permit systems.
· Conducting fire drills (wet) fortnightly Computer Literate in Microsoft Office.
· Periodical Testing and Monitoring of all Safety devices & Equipments..
· Safety Training to all employees., Risk assessment and safety audit.
· Self-starter, hard working and able to prioritize multi tasks.

· Looking after construction safety for the ongoing project at another site the work includes explaining the safety requirements to the constrictors supervisors & their workforce ,imparting training on work at height ,excavation safety & other work permits within the projects site

· Periodical inspection of Lifting Equipments & Gears.
· Inspection of scaffolding.
· Periodical Inspection & Testing of all safety equipments and devices.
