PROJECT WORK
The project work titled “A study on Job Satisfaction and Job Evaluation of an employee at Premedia Global Services” studied the various job satisfaction factors extended by the organization, analyzed its effectiveness and formulate strategies to enhance the existing schemes. And also studied and evaluated the factors determining job satisfaction and suggesting cost effective measure to improve job satisfaction that will have a direct impact on productivity.
DATA COLLECTION
The data required for the study was collected through a relevant questionnaire. The data thus collected was tabulated and analyzed with help of mathematical techniques like average percentage and other quantitative influences. The findings of the study and the suggestions are also reported.
SAMPLE TECHNIQUES
A convenience sample of members from each department was chosen and sample size was limited to 100. The data, after collection were processed and analyzed in accordance with the outline laid down for the purpose at the time of developing the research plan. The level of satisfaction pertaining to each of the factor included in the study is assessed.
