    Ecommerce Specialist - Operations Coordinator - Hyderabad
    We are currently looking for a dynamic individual to manage day to day operations for our new online shopping portal. The coordinator of Store Operations will work closely with Operations Manager in our Distribution Center and manage sales, provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.

    principal Responsibilities:
     * Under the leadership of Vice President Strategy - prepare and implement Front End of the Business Phase Reviews and capture strategy plans
    * Will lead pre-proposal, proposal and post-proposal Business Development capture team activity
    * Will drive the sales for TideNine Inc. Solutions include, but are not limited to E-commerce, E-procurement, Customer Relationship Management, Knowledge Management, ERP (SAP and Oracle),and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

    Skills:
     * Passionate dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer service
    * Commitment to identifying and communicating innovative ideas to improve processes and performance
    * Basic knowledge and experience with retail systems, including POS, Time and Attendance, Labors Scheduling
    * Fluent in Telegu, English. Fluency in an additional language a plus (Hindi/Tamil/Kanada/Malayalam)
    * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    * Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and communicate recurring questions and issues
    * Need two local references
