Worked as Senior A/C & Refrigeration Technician and my responsibilities were...
- Carry out immediate repairs on reported faults on fittings, fixtures and equipment and report the same to the supervisor on duty.
- Repairs, maintain and provide technical attention to all electrical and mechanical systems of the hotel walking fridge, refrigeration systems, ice machine, AHU, FAHU, FCU and Chiller etc.
- Applies preventive maintenance to all air- conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel.
- Check performance of refrigeration systems and components.
- Cooperate and inform to engineering store keeper on purchase of parts.
- Carries all duties follow technical rule regulation and safety standards as required by Hotel.
- Trouble shooting and best knowledge of electrical circuits control
- Commission and trouble shooting of HVAC and Refrigeration systems such as performance testing, air balancing and water balancing etc…
- Installation and troubleshooting of automatic control systems for HVAC system, e.g Variable Air volume controller, Heater, Programmable controller etc…
- Maintenance of Domestic water pumps with variable speed driver, Hot water recirculation system and clarifiers
- Responsible for monitoring and check Alarms / Commands of BMS ( Building Management System), CMS (Chiller Management System) and take action accordingly.
- Maintenance of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting system
