- Working with “McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited” as Safety Officer (Construction and Safety Dept.) for Balance of Plant (B.O.P), Satpura Thermal Power Station, Camp- Sarni, Dist.-Betul, M.P. Total Order value of project - Rs.850 crore.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Area of work includes Chimney (275m high), Wagon Tippler, Conveyor gallery,
Cooling Tower( 2 Nos, 125 m high each), Stacker cum Reclaimer, Water-Treatment
Plant.
1) Inspection of work site for identification and unsafe act, unsafe condition and unsafe practice and solve them with the help of site engineer.
2) Controlled blasting of hard rock at respective sites using giletine (nitrous oxide) rod.
3) Safety induction for new coming workers and engineers.
4) Job safety training for the site supervisor.
SAFETY OFFICER 09th February 2009 – 07th July 2010
- Working with “McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited” as Safety Officer (Construction and Safety Dept.) posted at IISCO Burnpur RMHS site, Rs.800 crore project. ( 9th February 2009- 07th July 2010)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Area of work included Wagon Tippler, Track hopper (81m deep, 200m long), Conveyor( 18 Km), Administrative Building, Pump house, Junction House and Stacker cum reclaimer (6 Nos.).
1) Arranging safety event on time to time basis.
2) Issuing height pass guiding 04 no’s of safety supervisor.
3) Controlled blasting at different sites.
4) Inventory stock of safety items (personal protective equipment) check and update.
5) Maintaining the record on site as per the company policy.
