1. Welding and raw material inspection by using Non Destructive and Destructive methods as per NDE requirements.
2. Preparation documents like History Sheets, hydraulic and pneumatic test reports NDT requisition forms and other documents.
3. Dealing with third party inspection agencies like ITENG, JPL (QAQC).
4. Preparation of all piping & tankage, structural steel Protocols.
5. Very good knowledge in welding defects.
6. Hydro test inspection.
Nature of Work :
1. Witnessing of raw material testing as per specifications.
2. Welder qualifications as per client requirement.
3. Co- ordination with NDT contractors.
4. Hydro tests conducted for Pipes
5. Inspection of Pipe fabrication.
6. Witnessing of Non destructive tests such as U.T, D.P.T.
